the price
Slammed door at 10sharp and could not get back in for juice or syrup. Breakfast was awful. At 9:45 there were only dregs left and they would not make more. It needs management to get involved. Close at 10 but leave open 15 minutes for those still eating. Work on food.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Elevators were quick as well. The kids really enjoyed spending time in the pool. The hotel was super busy when we were there but the facilities were very well maintained and we had no issues with noise. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
Booked.net recommended the double room for a family of 6. There were only 2 beds and no pullout couch so why Booked.net makes that recommendation for 6 when the room only sleeps 4 doesn't make sense.

We had a wonderful family visit, especially enjoying the nearby Catoctin Mountain Park for some hiking with the kids. The breakfast was fantastic, offering plenty of delicious options that felt fresh and homemade. The staff was great.
My kids wished there were more activities for them to enjoy at the hotel, like a play area.
